Music For Misfits: The Story of Indie - Episode 1 - "The DIY Movement" (MKV)

Broadcast on BBC4 HD, 2nd October 2015

"BBC Four tells the definitive story of indie music with a series about the wide-ranging genre loved by young and old, across the decades. The three-part documentary series charts the evolution of alternative music: from its inception in the late 1970s, to the boom of the genre in the 80s and its demise in the 90s, following the mainstream success of its Britpop successor. The series features the best songs of the era, archive video footage and exclusive anecdotes from the people who were there.

The opening episode of the series explores the origins of the UK’s alternative music scene, with the emergence of independent record labels and the eclectic sound hubs they spawned in cities across the country."

    1. Hi,

the video is playable on VLC. If it doesn't work with your version, best thing it's to install the latest version with all the updated codecs.

MEGA works very well for the majority of people if you use Chrome or Firefox, if you use other browsers it's a nightmare. I know. But if you use one of those two browsers it's the absolute best file sharing service these days.
